Our clipper service is to fully disassemble, clean and lubricate the clipper. Minor re-alignment or repairs are included with servicing. Any worn parts are checked and replaced if needed. All parts replaced will be returned with your service.
- Replacement parts and return freight charges are in addition to the clipper service cost.
- Equipment must be cleaned to a reasonable condition prior to sending to us for servicing
- Any additional work will be quoted
- We currently service Heiniger, Wahl, Andis, Joyzee and Diamond Cut clippers. For any other brands please get in touch.
If your clippers are not serviceable, a non-refundable workshop fee of $25 may apply in some circumstances. This cost can, however, be offset against a like for like replacement if purchased from Clip Sharp NZ Ltd. Subject to availability. We will work with you to come to the best possible outcome.

Select the number of clippers, ensuring you select the correct make/model/quantity. If your clippers are not listed in the dropdown menu please contact us to ensure we can service them.
In checkout, it is important you add into the ‘special instructions’ section, the full details of any issues you are experiencing with them.
If you have a discount coupon to use, you can enter it at the top of the checkout page.
For the return of your clippers please ensure you select the relevant shipping option in checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with details of the order, as well as your unique order number.
Pack Your Clippers
Pack Your Clippers
Please ensure you include the power cable or a fully charged battery with your clippers. Pack your clippers securely with bubble wrap. If there is more than one or if sending with blades for sharpening, ensure there is plenty of padding between them. Then place them into a box or wrap with cardboard before placing them into your shipping envelope. This will dramatically reduce the risk of breakages while they’re in transit.*.
*Before packing your clippers we recommend taking a photo of them to ensure the condition they get sent to us in, is the same condition they arrive in.
The order number and/or the order email must be enclosed within the envelope with your clippers.
Please write your return address on the outside of the parcel.

It’s your responsibility to pay and send your clippers to us. When sending any items to us, we recommend using a tracked and/or signed for service. This way, you can keep track of your parcel and be sure of a safe arrival with us. Our address is as follows:

If dropping off your clippers locally to us, please text or call first to arrange a suitable time.
Once your clippers arrive we will let you know we are in receipt of them.
If replacement parts are required or there are additional costs above the standard servicing cost we will get in touch to let you know.

IMPORTANT: Test your clippers on receipt!
It is essential you test your clippers within a maximum of 5 business days of receipt to ensure you are happy with them and they are working as they should. Notify us immediately after testing them if you experience any issues and we will work with you to resolve these.
